Simply Reiki
This is a single distant Reiki session with no need to Zoom-in during the session. It is a healing 'booster' that is best used after 'Reiki with Guidance'. It is perfect for those seasoned users knowing well enough how Reiki works on them without the need to discuss anything further right after the session.
Please also book your 15 minute phone (or video) call as a follow-up and I will call you at the time of the booking to check in and see how you are going.
Reiki with Guidance
This is a distant Reiki healing session that requires you to connect with me over Zoom for at least 75 minutes at the time of your booking.
First, we talk about your reason for seeking Reiki healing (10 - 15 min), then the Reiki session starts; after 30 - 40 minutes we end the session and talk about the experience (15 - 20 min).
You may access deeper insight into your state of health and wellbeing, and you are very likely to feel calm and relaxed. My role for this session is to channel Reiki energy to you and be your guide and support along the way of your healing journey.

About me

Reiki Practitioner & Yoga Teacher
Throughout my life I was curious about life, existence, the nature of things and beings, and how it all works. I have also asked many why’s. No matter how much I got to know and understand, I got to know even better how little I knew and understood. To this day I keep learning, and the horizon of what is there to learn is only ever expanding.
Today I know that there is no end to learning. Today, I also know why that is the case.
We are unlimited beings, born into limiting forms, with one task: to find out our true nature.
My time is committed to Reiki, and yoga and meditation study and practice. I have completed my training of Usui System of Natural Healing Reiki, Level 1, 2 (2018) and 3-A (2021), with Reiki Master Teacher Martine Salerno, and a 350h Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching with Australian Yoga Academy (2016).
